Senior Control Room / Helpdesk Vacancy
Pay: From £12.95 per hour
Job description: ESG based in Solihull Town centre is looking for a new Senior Help desk Control room operator.
The role is working between 8-12 hr shifts (mainly 12 hr shifts) days and nights and weekends at our Head office in Solihull Town centre taking calls and emails from our Security staff and clients and dealing with their requirements and requests.
This is a fast-moving type of role, mainly dealing with calls and emails from staff and clients’ needs to be able to multitask, deal with issues, and make decisions.
Good communication is essential and the ability to resolve problems and assist staff and clients.
IT/pc skills are essential.
The working shifts can be days or nights or a mixture of both, including weekends and some bank holidays, there can be a preference for days/nights. It will be ideal if you have worked in the security or facilities sector previously, however an SIA License is required for this role. Clean drivers’ licence is also helpful.
Approx 4 shifts per week.
Rate of pay £12.75 per hour- £13.00 after 6 month probation period.
Training is provided and good promotion opportunities.
