The role requires excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with complex patient cases and team/staff situations.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of the CMRN development groups and to contribute to the continued improvement of the pathway. This post will give the staff member opportunities to fully participate in the education, training, audits, research and service development projects undertaken by the CMRN.
There is currently a requirement to work contracted hours over six days, Monday – Saturday.
