As the first point of contact for building customers requiring facilities support, you’ll play a vital role in delivering an outstanding workplace experience. Acting as an ambassador for Sodexo, you’ll champion continuous improvement while ensuring our service meets and exceeds expectations. What you'll do: Deliver 5-star customer service across allocated areas, supporting building users with day-to-day facilities needs and ensuring site rules are followed. Provide meeting room support, including technology troubleshooting, set-up, layout checks, and liaising with the AV team or service partners for fault resolution. Support customer touchpoints such as the AskFM bar, onboarding inductions, and face-to-face consultations to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain service hubs and hospitality areas, including vend/stationery hubs, consumable top-ups, and hospitality delivery/clear down in line with standards. Report and escalate issues promptly to the Service Desk and relevant service partners, ensuring smooth building operations.
