Role: Customer Services Executive
Location: Bedford
Hours: 9-5 Mon to Friday
Salary: £30,000
I am looking for a proactive customer service executive to join my clients team in Bedford.
The ideal candidate will have strong administration and customer service experience.

What will you be doing in the role?
Deal with queries from members via telephone and email and provide excellent customer service.
Follow our business retention process which includes outbound calls, emails to members.
Process member requests on our administration platforms.
Support the Underwriting function by requesting reports, logging and allocating work items, chasing outstanding requirements and telephone support.
Process BACS (bankers’ automated clearing system) reports daily
What we would like from you:
Solid background in office-based customer service role
Open, honest, adaptable and reliable
Willingness to develop
Good understanding of Microsoft Office
Strong administration skills
