About The Role
Ashford College is seeking a Lecturer (also known as Course Leader/Subject Coordinator) for Electrical Installation. This role involves teaching, supporting, and assessing students' coursework, as well as providing support to help learners achieve their potential. The lecturer will also be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating study programmes or courses.

About You
We welcome enthusiastic, organized, and creative individuals who can deliver engaging lessons and build positive relationships. Experience in teaching or workplace training is advantageous but not essential; full training and support will be provided. Key qualities include positivity, empathy, and strong classroom management skills.

Please note: Salary scales vary; all start at the introductory level unless criteria for higher scale are met. Internal candidates may qualify for higher scales after one year of teaching.
