Responsibilities
The Account Executive will primarily be responsible for the day-to-day management of client work, delivering every part of a direct marketing campaign. You will manage a portfolio of clients and support the team client management effort to ensure clients’ needs are met and that clients are aware of every way we can help them grow. The goal is to deliver superb outcomes for clients to create stronger relationships.
Qualifications
* Self-motivated and results driven, with a focus on delivering for clients and helping to surpass company revenue targets
* Highly ambitious, collaborative and team oriented
* Strong attention to detail and ability to self-check
* Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a related role (Account Management, Client Development, Customer Success)
* Demonstrate a track record of delivering exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
* Strong communication skills, adept at conveying ideas and building rapport with clients and internal teams
* The ability to listen and understand information and act on it accordingly. Knowledge of direct marketing, print, data profiling/analytics is a plus
