To be successful as a Senior Test Manager, you should have experience with:
* Leading testing functions for medium to large multi-year transformation programmes in the Banking/Finance domain
* Coordinating and working with multi-location delivery teams
* Stakeholder management and dealing with accountable executives at Director/Managing Director level
* Working in a Centre of Excellence (CoE) based federated Technology delivery model (desirable)
Some other highly valued skills may include:
* Preferred qualifications: Degree in a numerate subject (e.g., maths, computer science)
* Prior experience in Treasury/Finance domains
* Experience working in an Agile development environment
* Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence

Purpose of the role
To design, develop, and execute testing strategies to validate functionality, performance, and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to ensure software quality and reliability.
Accountabilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to validate software functionality and ensure quality standards are met.
* Create and execute automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools to facilitate early detection of defects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, participate in design discussions, and develop acceptance criteria.
* Conduct root cause analysis for defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
* Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of quality and knowledge sharing.
* Stay informed of industry trends and contribute to technical communities within the organization.
