Marketing Director
Salary negotiable depending on experience
Canterbury, Kent (Hybrid working available)
Permanent/Full Time
Monday to Friday
Our client, is a high-performing, fast-moving marketing and online education company helping coaches and experts launch scalable marketing campaigns that consistently attract and convert their dream clients. Their programs, events, and masterminds have helped thousands of entrepreneurs grow their coaching and training businesses. They are considered one of the leading authorities in the coaching and online education space, and they just getting started.
They are now seeking a world-class Marketing Director to take full ownership of their marketing department, driving traffic, leads, and revenue across multiple channels while leading a small but powerful internal team.
This is not a role for a generalist or a “big ideas” marketer. They already have a proven model that works. What they need is a master implementer, someone who can take top-level strategy and execute it to perfection, optimising every campaign, every funnel, and every click. You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with leadership to scale the business to £10M+ in annual revenue, ensuring they remain the most trusted and innovative brand in their industry.
You will need to be someone who thrives in the details, embraces ownership of execution, and is as committed to the success of the company as the CEO.

* Execute at speed without sacrificing precision, balancing creativity, analytics, and relentless execution
Who You Are:
* Direct Response Expert: You understand funnels, conversions, and paid traffic like second nature. You’ve built and scaled real campaigns, not just studied them.
* Industry Insider: Ideally you already know the online coaching, info-product, or digital education space inside out.
* Data-Driven: You think in metrics, patterns, and probabilities, not opinions.
* AI-Fluent: You use modern AI tools and automations to move faster and stay ahead.
* High-Performer: You’re ambitious, disciplined, and thrive under pressure.
* Executor, Not Just a Strategist: You can take top-down direction and translate it into fast, flawless implementation.
* Owner’s Mindset: You take full responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.
* Relentless Standard of Excellence: “Good enough” isn’t in your vocabulary.
This is not a 9-to-5 job. It’s a leadership role that demands full ownership and accountability. You’ll monitor campaigns, spot problems, and keep things moving, even if that means checking in during evenings or weekends.
Why Apply:
You’ll be joining one of the UK’s most exciting marketing companies, a fast-moving, tight-knit team that’s shaping the future of the online coaching industry. You’ll work alongside a CEO who lives and breathes marketing, with the resources, systems, and creative freedom to produce world-class campaigns, and the expectation to make them even better. If you’re an elite-level marketer ready to lead at the highest standard, this is your chance to do the best work of your career.
