Salary: £50,000-£60,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst & Project Manager to lead transformation projects from concept through to completion. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple departments, driving process improvements, delivering high-quality IT projects, and managing stakeholder expectations at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
* Lead IT and process improvement projects, managing timelines, budgets, and risks.
* Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to capture and refine requirements.
* Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring successful delivery.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and propose innovative solutions.
Essential Requirements:
1. Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
2. 5+ years' experience in both business analysis and project management.
3. Proven track record in delivering complex IT projects.
