Role Overview
We are a connectivity provider delivering Wi-Fi and CCTV solutions for events and permanent installations. The Warehouse Manager will take full ownership of the warehouse and everything that moves through it.
This is a hands-on role combining warehouse management, logistics, and operational support. You will work closely with the Operations and Projects teams to ensure that equipment is available, prepared, and delivered correctly for both live events and long-term installations.
Preparing jobs will require a moderate level of technical knowledge; however, training will be provided. Having a strong interest in technology and hands-on experience with IT and AV hardware will be beneficial. A good sense of humour and the ability to stay calm when things get busy are also important.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Stock Management
·Take full responsibility for day-to-day warehouse operations
·Maintain accurate stock control across all brands and projects
·Ensure equipment is stored safely, logically, and ready for use
·Manage returns, repairs, and overall asset condition
·Oversee goods in and goods out processes
·Keep the warehouse organised, efficient, and fit for purpose
Picking, Packing & Logistics
·Pick, pack, load, and unload equipment for events and installations
·Prepare jobs accurately based on project requirements
·Return equipment to a shipment-ready state after jobs, including applying pre-configured templates
·Coordinate deliveries and collections
·Support logistics for both short-term events and permanent installations
·Prepare and support customs documentation, including ATA carnets, for equipment travelling abroad
·Coordinate with freight partners and project teams to ensure smooth shipment of goods
Purchasing Support
·Assist with purchasing equipment, consumables, and warehouse supplies
·Flag stock shortages and upcoming requirements
·Support cost control through effective stock management and planning
Vehicle & Transport
·Hold a full, clean driving licence
·Be comfortable driving and managing a small company van
·Work closely with Heads of Operations across each brand
·Proactively liaise with the Projects team on upcoming requirements
·Communicate clearly to avoid last-minute issues
·Act as a reliable link between the warehouse, operations, and projects teams
·Occasional on-site support may be requested of you
Skills & Experience
·Experience managing a warehouse or stock-based operation
·Comfortable with hands-on physical work
·Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
·Confident using a computer, with good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
·A technical troubleshooting mindset — you don’t need all the answers, but strong logical thinking is essential
·Proactive, self-starting attitude
·Experience in events, installations, or a kit-based environment
·Interest in technology, networking, or CCTV
·Familiarity with international shipping or carnet processes
·Knowledge of Current RMS
