Graduate Mental Health Support Worker – Preston
Position: Full‑time | Pay: £89 per day | Start: ASAP.
Job Summary
Are you a recent graduate looking to build experience in education, psychology, or mental health? Axcis Education works in partnership with a number of mainstream primary schools in Preston and is seeking a full‑time Graduate Mental Health Support Worker. You will provide 1‑to‑1 support to primary‑aged pupils who need help with their learning, including those with special educational needs such as autism, ADHD and challenging behaviour. Your role will involve working closely with individual students in the classroom – helping them stay engaged, encouraging confidence and offering calm, consistent support throughout the day. No prior school experience is required; we look for someone who is empathetic, reliable and genuinely wants to support vulnerable young people.
