About the Role
The role is ideal for a finance professional looking to develop in Business Partnering. It involves a high level of engagement across the business to aid commercial decision making at the highest levels. This is an excellent role for a qualified candidate who has strong commercial acumen, good relationship-building skills, and experience working in a fast-paced business. Working closely with key departments, this role will support the company’s commercial and FP&A processes.
Skills & Experience
* Fully Qualified ACCA/CIMA with 2-3 years post-qualification experience
* Highly collaborative with the ability to drive change
* Resilient and willing to challenge the status quo / remove blockers
* Ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels
* Pro-active with a continuous improvement mindset
* Positive can-do attitude and solution-oriented
* Effective organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks across stakeholders to tight deadlines with minimal supervision
* Advanced data analysis, forecasting, and bid modeling experience
* Thorough, accurate, with strong attention to detail; capable of seeing the bigger picture
* Strong commercial and organizational acumen
* Effective written and interpersonal communication skills, especially to non-finance stakeholders
* High standard of O365 skills (Excel & SharePoint); PowerBI experience preferred
