Our Motor Trade Client is a large Accident Repair Centre, based in Ross-on-Wye and they require an experienced MET Technician / Strip Fit Technician to join their busy team of bodyshop productives.

Starting salary around £16 per hour (negotiable pending experience).
Time-saving save bonus scheme available up to £6,000+ per annum.
Overtime subject to availability paid at standard rate.
20 days annual holiday plus the bank holidays.
Full in-house training provided.
40-hour week Monday to Friday with flexible working hours available.
Occasional overtime may be required subject to business demand so you will need to be flexible with this however it would be paid as overtime.Typical duties:
Diagnosing, repairing and maintaining vehicles in line with our Client’s high standards
Familiarity with the skills, knowledge and techniques required to be successful in the role.
To identify additional repair work and liaise with the bodyshop advisor
Communicating effectively with other team members
Carry out quality controlsRequirements:
Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
ATA qualification would be beneficial
Experience as a MET Technician within an accident repair centreFor your hard work as a MET Technician/ Strip Fit Technician for our client; you will be paid up to £33,280 with OTE circa of £39,280.
