The Role Assembly Fitter
As an Assembly Fitter, youll play a vital role in the assembly and build of high-quality products within a structured production environment. This Assembly Fitter position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in quality and consistency.
Key responsibilities of the Assembly Fitter include:
Assembly of sub-assemblies and main assemblies to defined processes
Working from assembly drawings and process sheets
Maintaining productivity and quality standards
Working in line with risk assessments and health & safety procedures
Being a reliable, engaged Assembly Fitter within the production team
Hours & Contract
Permanent position
39 hours per week
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am 4:00pm
Friday: 7:30am 3:00pm
hour unpaid lunch break
Salary
£28,067.52 £30,115.80 per annum (dependent on experience)

Profit-related bonus scheme (5% of basic salary)
