As a Conveyancing Legal Secretary within this department, you will work one to one with a highly experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, collaborating on all secretarial aspects of the role, including typing, administration, liaising with colleagues, clients and third parties. This will include supporting on:
* Administrative & File Management
* Client Liaison
* Document Preparation
* Searches & Enquiries
* Financial & Completion Tasks
* Post-Completion
* Compliance & Risk Management
* General Office Support
To be considered for this conveyancing legal secretary position you must have at least three years recent experience providing support within a conveyancing department. You must be comfortable working to support solicitors and confident on all aspects of the conveyancing process with excellent organisational, communication and time keeping skills.
