The Role: SEMH & Autism Specialist

We are looking for a standout SEN Teacher to lead a class of 9 students (ages 10-14). These pupils have primary diagnoses of SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) and Autism.

* Stability: This is a 5-day-a-week role (08:30 - 16:00) running through the end of the academic year, with a clear view to a permanent contract for the 2026/27 academic year.

Requirements (Essential)

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Mandatory.
* UK Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience working in UK schools.
* SEN Expertise: Proven experience in classroom and behaviour management within SEN (PMLD/Complex Needs) or SEMH settings.
* EHCP Proficiency: Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with individual Education, Health, and Care Plans.

Why Join Us?

* Competitive Pay: Earn between £180 and £240 per day, depending on your experience and scale.
* Collaborative Culture: Join a clear, settled team where staff well-being is a priority.
* Professional Growth: Opportunity to make a long-term impact in a specialist setting with potential for a permanent career path.
* Modern Facilities: Work in a school that provides the resources necessary to support self-regulation and student independence effectively.
