Overview

Location: Cheltenham, GL51

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday, 8:30-3:30

Contract: Long-term

Pay: £14 per hour


Role

You will be a full-time Graduate Mental Health Support Worker supporting students with learning disabilities and mental health needs. You’ll work closely with individual students in the classroom—helping them stay engaged, encouraging their confidence, and offering calm, consistent support throughout the day. You don’t need prior experience in education. What matters most is empathy, reliability, and a genuine desire to support vulnerable young people. If you’re kind, patient, and motivated to make a difference, we’ll provide all the training and guidance you need to succeed.
