Insight Investment is looking for a Cyber Defence Operations Lead to join the Cyber Security team in London. Working within the team as the Cyber Defence Operations Lead and acting as a subject matter expert, you will have significant expertise in detecting and responding to cyber attacks.
Role Responsibilities
* Leading and manage the daily operations of the cyber defence operations team, including training and mentoring
* Managing the day-to-day relationship with Insight's MDR provider
* Managing Insight's vulnerability management processes
* Ensuring adequate coverage and effective response to security events
Experience Required
* Demonstrable experience in a leadership role directly supervising staff
* Strong technical foundation in cyber security operations and incident response
* Strong experience in security incident management
* Strong understanding of emerging cyber security threats
* Experience in vulnerability management
* A broad and comprehensive technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and technologies
* The ability to work effectively within a team environment and across various stakeholders
* Experience in complex environments
* Experience of developing a Cyber Threat Intelligence capability
* Relevant technical cyber security certifications are highly desirable
