Now, we’re looking for an experienced and driven People Advisor to join us on a 12-month maternity cover contract - a key role within our dynamic People Team.
Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice and guidance on the application and interpretation of the full range of people-related policies and procedures, building trusted, effective relationships, ensuring consideration of the Group’s values, good employment practice and legal requirements.
* Support and work closely with the Senior People Advisors as a cohesive advisory team, to partner, coach and guide line managers, and deliver projects and process improvements.
* This full-time role will be agile with the requirement to attend Leyland-based offices on a regular basis due to business need.
Qualifications
* Working knowledge of employment law and experience of providing high-quality generalist HR support.
* Experience in Employee Relations, sickness absence management and coaching line managers.
* A CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience).
* TUPE and restructure experience an advantage.
* A collaborative, solution-focused mindset.
