Overview
As part of our continued growth, our South West Core facilities management team are looking to appoint an experienced and professional Air Con Engineer to use their working knowledge of air cooling systems to complete a range of planned maintenance works in line with our contract delivery SLA's - predominantly focusing on checking and replacing belts, fans and filters on air handling units as part of a wider hard-services FM team.
To be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate all of the following:
* NVQ level 2 in AC
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Excellent customer service skills, Recognised F Gas qualification
* A strong commercial and industrial background
* Basic IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word
* Previous experience of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works
Responsibilities
* Carry out maintenance of common AC units in domestic and commercial buildings
* Servicing all AC units at prestigious commercial dwellings and responding to breakdowns - returning the equipment to fully operational condition
* Completing small works and refurbishments of AC cooling equipment
* Chemical cleaning of DX split systems
* Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard, in a competent manner and to leave the site clean and tidy
