<div><h3>Executive Assistant to the Founder, President & CEO</h3><p>Location: Freeport, Grand Bahama Company: Heroic Group Limited Employment Type: Full‑Time</p><p>Heroic Group Limited is seeking a high‑capacity, execution‑driven Executive Assistant to support the Founder, President & CEO across a diverse portfolio of companies, including construction, logistics, maritime operations, and strategic investments.</p><p>This is not a traditional administrative role — it is a role for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments, brings structure to complexity, and ensures that priorities, projects, and communication flow are always under control. If you are organized, proactive, financially sharp, and excellent at driving execution, this role is for you.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><h3>Executive Support</h3><ul><li>Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and weekly operating rhythm</li><li>Prepare agendas, briefing notes, and follow‑up summaries</li><li>Draft and manage high‑level business communications</li><li>Track decisions, approvals, and outstanding action items</li><li>Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all engagements</li></ul><h3>Project Management</h3><ul><li>Track key initiatives across construction, logistics, and strategic projects</li><li>Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and risk logs</li><li>Hold teams accountable to deadlines and KPIs</li><li>Provide weekly status updates and escalation reports</li><li>Assist in implementing SOPs and workflow systems</li></ul><h3>Financial & Administrative Support</h3><ul><li>Support invoice tracking, AR/AP coordination, and collections follow‑ups</li><li>Assist with cash flow tracking and financial summaries</li><li>Liaise with Finance to ensure timely reporting and accurate expense tracking</li><li>Prepare basic dashboards and budget‑vs‑actual summaries</li></ul><h3>Communication & Business Operations</h3><ul><li>Act as a central coordination point across departments and consultants</li><li>Follow up on proposals, quotes, contracts, and client deliverables</li><li>Maintain CRM or business development pipeline tracking</li><li>Strengthen communication flow and alignment across the organization</li></ul><h3>Systems & Process Optimization</h3><ul><li>Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements</li><li>Implement tools for task management, financial tracking, and communication</li><li>Help build a structured, scalable operating system for the Office of the President</li></ul><h3>What You Bring</h3><h3>Core Competencies</h3><ul><li>Highly organized and structured</li><li>Strong financial awareness (cash flow, budgets, reporting)</li><li>Execution‑focused — gets things done without excuses</li><li>Detail‑oriented — nothing slips through the cracks</li><li>Proactive and anticipatory</li><li>Clear, concise communicator</li><li>Tech‑savvy and comfortable with modern tools</li></ul><h3>Technical Skills</h3><ul><li>Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software</li><li>Strong Excel/Google Sheets capability (non‑negotiable)</li><li>Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana)</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams</li><li>CRM experience is an asset</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>3–5+ years as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role</li><li>Experience supporting a CEO, Founder, or senior executive</li><li>Background in project coordination and financial/admin support</li><li>Experience in construction, logistics, or multi‑entity operations is a plus</li></ul><h3>What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)</h3><ul><li>A structured calendar and meeting cadence established</li><li>A unified project tracking system implemented</li><li>Clear visibility into AR/AP and outstanding financial items</li><li>Improved communication flow across teams</li><li>Weekly executive dashboards delivered consistently</li></ul><h3>Compensation</h3><p>Competitive and commensurate with experience.</p><h3>Who Thrives Here</h3><ul><li>A driver of execution</li><li>A problem solver</li><li>A gatekeeper of time, priorities, and accountability</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>Professional growth opportunities</li><li>A dynamic, mission‑driven work environment</li><li>The opportunity to support a visionary CEO and a growing multi‑company Group</li></ul><h3>How to Apply</h3><p>Submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience supporting senior executives.</p></div>
