A motivated Lettings Negotiator with some previous experience is required for a vacancy with a busy Haywards Heath lettings agency: supporting residential lettings, building client relationships, arranging viewings, negotiating lets and delivering high standards of customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

This role offers the chance to work within a professional team, assisting with the growth of the lettings business while delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
* Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
* Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
* Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
* Generating new business opportunities and supporting instruction growth
* Managing enquiries via phone, email, and in person
* Progressing tenancies from offer through to completion
* Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience)
* Previous experience in residential lettings preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident and professional approach with clients
* Excellent customer service and organisational skills
* Positive attitude and self‑motivated mindset
* Well‑presented and articulate
* Knowledge of the Haywards Heath area advantageous
* Full UK driving licence and own car essential
