An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Housekeeping Team Manager at Lusty Beg Island.
The Housekeeping Team Manager will be responsible for planning, organising, and overseeing the overall housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and safety are achieved and maintained. This role involves supervising daily housekeeping activities, managing staff, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining departmental budgets and resources in line with company policies.
We are seeking a motivated, organised, and guest-focused individual with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage people and processes effectively.
Key areas of responsibility include:
* Managing and supervising daily housekeeping activities across all guest rooms, self-catering units, public spaces, and service areas.
* Recruiting, scheduling, training, and developing the housekeeping team.
* Liaising with Front Office and Laundry to ensure smooth guest service operations.
* Managing housekeeping supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
* Upholding high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with COSHH regulations.
* Ensuring departmental budgets and wage percentages are maintained in line with company policy.
