The opportunity
This role sits in the Rewards team on the account for Europe’s leading direct-to-consumer media and entertainment brand within their loyalty program. The Promotions Account Executive will be responsible for campaign setup using our in-house CRM system.
This includes briefing internal teams, planning project timelines, overall project management, keeping to deadlines, campaign approvals, maintaining relationships with partners and stakeholders, testing the customer journey, and post-campaign analysis - where attention to detail is key. A large part of the role will involve overseeing daily and weekly reporting to the client, ensuring accurate data tracking and performance monitoring across campaigns.
Working closely with the Head of Rewards, but confident to run smaller projects independently, the Account Executive will identify risks and problem-solve, ensuring the customer experience is optimised to drive positive word of mouth and social engagement. They will also assist in end-to-end client approval processes and be involved in shaping user journeys (UX), as well as handling customer service support—ensuring a smooth redemption process and using feedback to refine customer-facing materials. Whilst also looking for new opportunities for the growing program of rewards and keeping on top of all daily/weekly admin tasks.
