**Logistics Executive – Sports Nutrition Company – Blackburn**
We are currently recruiting an excellent opportunity for a leading sports nutrition company as a Logistics Executive. This is working for a top performing brand which is a market leader and sold across grocery, wholesale, discounters, convenience and direct on their site. The company have a great culture, strong progression in the business and looking for someone with logistics/transport experience across international markets.
Role:
As part of the role you will be responsible for;
* Ensure a smooth process of arranging collections and deliveries for all customers in different countries, with all relevant documentation to be provided.
* Coordinating and overseeing the logistics of both inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring all customer deliveries and collections are arranged efficiently.
* Responsible for obtaining and managing quotes from logistics partners.
* Ensure the timely processing and verification of logistics-related invoices from carriers.
* Provide weekly/monthly reporting on logistics costs and where they track with the budget.
* Accountability for the booking of all collections and providing relevant information for customs.
Candidate:
The ideal candidate will;
* 2+ years of experience in logistics/transport industry
* Have experience shipping products outside of the UK
* Excellent attention to detail
* Positive and energetic
* Flexible approach to working to meet deadlines and support the team and wider business where needed
* Reviewing logistics solutions and ensuring we are using the most efficient company/routes
* Report SLAs for deliveries meeting windows
* Experience with SAP would be good but not essential
Package:
* Basic Salary £35,000 - £40,000 (negotiable based on experience)
