Business Processing Executive (Maternity Cover)
Remote (UK) + office-based every Friday in Whiteley, Hampshire
️ Fixed-term contract: January 2026 – June 2027
Working hours (weekly):
* Tuesday & Thursday: 9:30am – 2:45pm
* Friday (in office): 9:00am – 5:00pm
Sapphire Financial Planning is looking for an organised, client-focused Business Processing Executive to join us on a maternity cover basis. This role is central to ensuring client investment business is processed smoothly, accurately and in line with required policies and procedures.

The role
You’ll liaise with clients who are making investments, working closely with our advisers, internal administration teams and third-party providers to oversee cases end-to-end and keep everything progressing efficiently.
Key responsibilities
* Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the investment processing journey, providing clear updates and guidance.
* Liaise with advisers, internal administration teams and third-party providers to progress applications through to completion.
* Ensure documentation is complete, accurate and recorded appropriately at each stage.
* Oversee case pipelines, proactively chasing outstanding items and resolving queries to prevent delays.
* Maintain strong attention to detail, ensuring files are audit-ready and compliant with internal procedures.
What we are looking for
* Experience in financial services administration / business processing / client servicing (financial planning environment preferred).
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner.
* Comfortable working remotely and managing workload independently.
* Strong IT skills and confidence using systems, email and provider platforms.
