At Sofitel London St James, were on the lookout for a Room Attendant someone who knows that true luxury starts with cleanliness, comfort, and care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
* Replace bed linens and towels, make beds, and ensure all amenities are replenished.
* Thoroughly clean and sanitise bathrooms, including fixtures and surfaces.
* Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and common areas.
* Report any maintenance issues or room discrepancies to the appropriate department.
* Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing their needs and requests promptly and courteously.
* Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and timely room turnover.
Qualifications
* Prior experience as a Room Attendant in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment is highly preferred.
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
* Capable of performing physically demanding tasks associated with the role.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
* Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and chemicals is a plus.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
