* Full Time (Monday - Friday)
Immediate start temporary to permanent role available for a Sales Order Processor. This role involves working for a well-established pharmaceutical company in the Solihull area.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the needs of all customers are met in a timely and professional manner as well as providing accurate monthly forecast submissions across the whole business.
The role of Order Processor:
* Process all orders that arrive daily within the division.
* Respond to all telephone requests and email queries promptly, ensuring a high level of professional service to customers.
* Resolve any invoice queries in a timely manner.
* Meet KPI requirements in relation to disputed invoices.
* Maintain and update individual account files, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
* Liaise with couriers to track customer deliveries.
* Manage demand forecasting for all products, collaborating with Sales Managers & Supply Chain.
The ideal Order Processor:
* Previous experience in a customer service environment; medical/pharmaceutical experience is desirable.
* Excellent telephone manner with the ability to handle customer orders and queries efficiently and friendly.
* Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication.
* Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organisational skills.
* Essential experience in forecasting.
* Knowledge of SAP and Excel.
