Role Details
The role is full-time and requires the applicant to relate to children enthusiastically, creatively, and flexibly. The candidate should aim to relate learning to real-life situations and broaden experiences to overcome barriers.
Key Requirements
Ideally, candidates will have experience working with children on the SEND register. An awareness or experience of autism would be advantageous but is not essential if the candidate is self-motivated to study specialist knowledge.
