Overview
This role leads the delivery of the finance systems agenda, transactional services (including revenue reporting/collection and accounts payable) and ensures operational treasury requirements are met. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Head of Transactional Finance is a key role in the deliverables of the Financial Control team, and is supported by 3 direct reports.
You’ll play a pivotal role within the Financial Control team and have the opportunity to make a real impact on how we deliver excellence in finance across the business.
Responsibilities
* Lead the finance systems strategy and oversee transactional services (revenue reporting/collection and accounts payable).
* Ensure operational treasury requirements are met.
* Manage and develop 3 direct reports.
* Collaborate with the Financial Controller and other stakeholders to deliver finance excellence.
Requirements / Qualifications
* You are a qualified accountant with experience in transactional finance and finance systems.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to think strategically as well as dive into detail.
* Experience in multi-site, high-volume environments.
* Proven track record of leading and developing teams to deliver outstanding results.
