The Role

Are you passionate about supporting young people to thrive both academically and personally? Do you want to be part of a dedicated team making a real difference in students' lives?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive House Manager to join our team at Oak Academy as we go into our new build. In this vital pastoral role, you will support on student welfare, behaviour, and attendance — ensuring every young person in your House feels safe, valued, and empowered to succeed.

You will work closely with the Head of House, staff, families and external agencies to create a calm, supportive environment where high standards of behaviour and learning are maintained. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership, interpersonal, and organisational skills who is passionate about student wellbeing and development.
