The Role
This is a senior leadership position critical to the continued success and scalability of the business. Reporting to the CEO you will shape and deliver the IT vision and strategy in full alignment with the Groups commercial and operational objectives. The role encompasses responsibility for IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and compliance, ensuring world-class support for operations. Working cross-functionally across the business you will drive seamless technology integration, enhance collaboration across geographies, and embed robust service management frameworks. A key aspect of the role includes overseeing complex multi-country projects including acquisitions, migrations, and systems upgrades. The Person
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of strategic leadership and technical depth ideally from a software/technology environment. With experience of managing complex, multi-site IT environments across international locations, you will be a confident communicator and influential leader, capable of aligning stakeholders, inspiring teams, and delivering results in a highly collaborative culture. Key to the role is the ability to lead diverse technical teams, manage vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement.
