Furbnow helps homeowners with a service that:
provides a whole home retrofit plan to achieve your goals for your home
gets them underway with their project: connects homeowners with trustworthy installers, provides a contract, a warranty for the work and a Retrofit Coordinator to oversee the project
monitors energy performance to see how the project has affected your energy and provides annual inspection of any work completed

Job Description
About the role
Joining Furbnow as Product Manager is an incredible opportunity to put your skills to practise to have a real impact on delivering the Net Zero agenda.
As Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading and implementing Furbnow’s product strategy. Working directly with the co-founder and CPTO, Laurence Watson, in the Product and Tech team, you’ll lead product experiments and delivery of our product roadmap, creating the best possible product and experience for our customers and suppliers to get homes retrofit at pace.

Deliver the product strategy and roadmap
3. Manage product features throughout their lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
4. Project management to ensure we deliver on our existing project commitments, partnerships and innovation grant funding deliverables
5. Lead on identification and development of product experiments with the Operations, Growth and Technology teams
6. Interrogate our customers and suppliers to gather regular structured and unstructured feedback
7. Collaborate with the CPTO on product strategy, direction and prioritisation
8. Collaborate with Head of Growth to develop core positioning and messaging for the product
9. Scope up MVPs and oversee their trial and testing, then develop and deliver launch plans with the wider team
10. Be our product champion - driving improvements forward around our core product hypotheses and monitor product performance

Qualifications
We are looking for a smart, ambitious and entrepreneurial hustler based in London, Birmingham or remotely.
12. Ship it! You’re able to imagine, sketch and create tools to test your hypotheses, and you can live with the imperfections
13. User focused. You’re more than happy speaking to users, running workshops or sending surveys to get the feedback we need
14. Organisation and prioritisation - we always have a long list of potential things to do and multiple efforts going on at once
15. Passion! Our goal is nothing less than to transform people’s homes and accelerate home decarbonisation. Passion for moving beyond intention and climate goals into real action is a must!
16. Light-speed learner. Everyday the company is growing and evolving, and so will your role over time.
