We're Hiring: SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager (Full Module Implementation)
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Contract (inside IR35)
Are you an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager ready to lead complex, full-cycle implementations across multiple modules? We're looking for a dynamic leader to drive enterprise-wide HR transformation projects and deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities:
 * 
 Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Compensation, etc.)
 * 
 Manage full project lifecycle: planning, scoping, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
 * 
 Collaborate with stakeholders, SAP consultants, integration teams, and third-party vendors
 * 
 Drive project governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder reporting
 * 
 Ensure projects align with HR and business transformation goals

Experience Needed:
 * 
 5+ years' experience managing full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations
 * 
 Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and hybrid Agile/Waterfall approaches
 * 
 Deep understanding of HR business processes and SuccessFactors module interdependencies
 * 
 Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including C-level engagement
 * 
 Experience with data migration, testing coordination, and change management
 * 
 Ability to manage cross-functional, global teams in complex environments

 SAP SuccessFactors Certification (Employee Central or other modules)
 * 
 PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification
