City of London (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)

Up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience
Overview:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly organised and proactive
Team Administrator
to provide comprehensive administrative support to their Directors and wider team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations, efficient workflow, and exceptional stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Diary & Travel Management (20%)
* Coordinate and manage diaries for Directors.
* Arrange travel and accommodation as required.
Team Administrative Support (50%)
* Prepare and amend complex Word documents with accuracy.
* Process timesheets, expenses, and invoices promptly.
* Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure data integrity.
* Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
* Liaise with key stakeholders across the business to support project delivery.
Reception & Workflow Support (30%)
* Provide support to the reception team, ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.
* Assist in managing workflow and cover for holidays when needed.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in administrative roles within a corporate environment.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with CRM systems and financial processing (timesheets, expenses, invoices).
