This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing training team in a consultative, client-facing role with real earning potential. The Role Reporting to the Head of Training, you'll work directly with customers to identify training needs, drive platform adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes. You'll build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, conduct needs analysis, and develop bespoke enablement plans — all while working towards a consultancy revenue target with an uncapped commission structure. This is a hybrid role in London with travel to client sites as required.
