About the role
This is an exciting time to join Crisis Client Services as we work towards our vision to 'End Homelessness' for more of the members we serve. We are a values-driven organization with members at the heart of our work.
Working in a psychologically informed way, you will establish open, trusting, and strength-based professional relationships with members, supporting them into sustainable housing. You will provide high-quality coaching, advice, and information, motivating members to identify and work through the changes they need and want to make, while supporting their wellbeing and resilience development.
About You
We are seeking an experienced, skilled, and driven individual to join as a Coach within the Structured Coaching team. You will deliver high-quality, flexible, person-centered support, including access to housing, employment, and skills development, both internally and through community-based services. You will maintain a holistic view of a member's journey, aligning with our 'one worker, one member' approach.
