Role Summary Please note this role is Hybrid 3 days in office or based fulltime on site in Guildford, Surrey.
Responsibilities
Manage performance and direction of the whole HR Function.
Lead an innovative, efficient, and effective HR Operations function and team in a fast-paced environment.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Provide professional and customer-focused advice and support to the Executive Team.
Attract, develop, and retain top talent while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.
Lead work streams to deliver all aspects of organisational development, including change management, restructures, and TUPE transfer-related work; ensure all aspects of the TUPE process run smoothly, including onboarding and embedding new employees into the new culture.
