Registered Nurse - Days

£22.37 per hour • 22 hours per week
We pay up to £3,000 when you join Sanctuary Care. Relocation packages are also available.

Responsibilities
* You’ll give the highest quality of personalised care to residents in line with their individual care plans that you prepare and monitor.
* You’ll regularly communicate with residents, their families and staff both verbally and in writing.
* You’ll provide comprehensive, systematic nursing assessments of the physical, psychological and social needs of residents.
* Collaborate with the team to deliver care that reflects our standards and resident preferences.
* Be part of a forward-thinking care provider that values clinical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications and skills
* Be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
* Experience working in a clinical setting with strong communication skills and a flexible approach.
* Keen to provide compassionate, respectful care to older people.
* Ability to use the Nursing Process to formulate initial diagnoses by collecting data and prioritising and managing care; experience with infection control, nutrition, moving and handling, wound care, phlebotomy and drug administration is desirable.
* Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and residents’ families.
