Overview
This role supports and enhances business‑critical applications and databases within a professional services environment. You’ll work closely with technical teams and end users to ensure systems are secure, reliable, and optimised, contributing to application development, automation, and database management.
Key Responsibilities
* Support, configure, and maintain core business applications (case management, document management, and database systems)
* Develop and enhance Microsoft Office solutions, including templates, automation, and data integration
* Support and optimise SQL Server databases under direction
* Gather requirements and deliver technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
* Maintain application security, data protection, and secure coding standards
* Assist with reporting, workload management, and project delivery
* Provide occasional out‑of‑hours support when required

* Case Management systems (front‑ and back‑end)
* SQL Server (365)
* VBA, VBScript, PowerShell
* HTML & CSS
* Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Exchange
* IIS configuration and management
Desirable
* SQL Server administration (DBA)
* T‑SQL development (stored procedures, triggers, reporting)
* SSRS report development
