🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

* Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping shape key business decisions.
* Partnering with departments to support revenue growth, challenge assumptions, and improve profitability.
* Driving cost efficiency through insightful analysis and process improvements.
* Leading the development of financial models, pricing strategies, and business forecasts.
* Delivering performance reports and presenting actionable insights to leadership.
* Playing a key role in month-end reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

💼 What You Bring

* ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified (or equivalent).
* Proven experience in a finance role—ideally within a manufacturing or similar environment.
* Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software (Power BI / Microsoft Business Central a plus).
* A “can-do” attitude, great communication skills, and commercial acumen that influences change.
* Confident communicator with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders
