We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. In this role, you will provide first-line Human Resources advice and support to managers and employees across the UK, ROI, and EMEA regions.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will deliver proactive HR advice on policies, terms and conditions, employment law, and best practice.
* Provide coaching and advice to managers on employee relations issues (disciplinary, grievance capability) in line with company policy procedures
* Support the development of HR policies practices ensuring compliance within regional jurisdictions
