Can you help support the growth of UK Partnership activity at the University of Wolverhampton? We are seeking to recruit a UK Partnerships Administrative Assistant.
The University of Wolverhampton is at an exciting point in the development of its partnership provision, and we’re growing our team to support this evolving area. As a UK Partnerships Administrative Assistant, you’ll be joining us at a key moment, with the chance to contribute directly to how this team and area of work develops.
You’ll work closely with the Head and Manager of the UK Partnerships team, playing an active role in supporting our engagement with UK partner organisations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative environment and wants to help deliver our activities in a professional, focused and efficient manner.
What you’ll be doing:
2. Providing administrative and organisational support to the Head and Manager of the UK Partnerships team
3. Responding to initial enquiries from prospective new UK partners through our key information channels
4. Supporting information updates to the team’s web pages

5. Excellent organisational and communication skills
6. Strong interpersonal skills
7. Strong eye for detail and data inputting skills
8. Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
9. A positive, proactive approach to problem-solving
10. Ability to become familiar with University of Wolverhampton systems
11. Ability to travel to UK partners as required
