About The Role
Are you looking to kick-start your career and have an interest in digital design? We have a great new opportunity for a Service Designer to join us on a 12-month placement, working on our customer-facing websites and apps. You will play a key role in shaping digital propositions, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business success.
You will lead discovery activities, map user journeys, and translate insights into actionable strategies to create user-centered, efficient solutions. As the go-to expert for service design, you will champion best practices and align digital experiences with customer needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative Service Designer to join our Digital Experience team and make a significant impact on our digital products.
About You
We are looking for someone working towards a degree in a related subject. You will have some experience in creating visual processes and journeys, identifying pain points and opportunities, with knowledge of tools like Sketch, Figma, Invision, or similar. Proficiency in MS Office 365, especially Excel, and a solutions-focused, detail-oriented mindset are essential.
