Our client is a leading supplier of premium lingerie, activewear, sleepwear and knitwear categories. They collaborate closely with top UK high-street brands, focusing on delivering high-quality, trend-forward products. Theyare now seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team as a Junior Operations and Projects Coordinator, to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of the business. This position is ideal for a dynamic individual eager to develop a strong foundation in operations, administration, and cross-functional project coordination. The successful candidate will support the COO in driving operational efficiency, coordinating with multiple departments, managing administrative workflows, and supporting key strategic and development projects. Over time, the role is designed to evolve into a multi-tasking operations professional contributing to process improvement and business performance tracking. Junior Operations and Projects Coordinator - The Role: Provide daily administrative and coordination support to the COO and operations team. Manage internal documentation, scheduling, travel coordination, expense management and meeting preparation. Maintain office processes and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Prepare and circulate meeting minutes, summaries, and follow-up action trackers. Support planning and execution of cross-functional projects related to product development, customer collaboration, and process improvement. Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure adherence to agreed milestones. Liaise with internal teams (Design, Technical, Operations, Marketing) to ensure effective communication and workflow. Assist in compiling operational performance data and generating analytical reports. Use Power BI and Excel to prepare dashboards, performance summaries, and KPI reports. Support business reviews by preparing presentations and reports in PowerPoint. Identify administrative and operational process gaps and propose improvements. Contribute to implementing digital tools and workflow automation where possible. Ensure proper documentation and version control of key operational processes. Junior Operations and Projects Coordinator The Candidate: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field. 12 years of relevant work experience preferred (internships or entry-level experience acceptable). Exposure to project coordination, admin support, or analytical roles is an advantage. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. Basic understanding of operations management, business coordination, or project workflows. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
