Hybrid - must be based within commuting distance to London
Basic salary - £45,000

GTM Delivery Consultant
Experience in GTM placement – from Account Coordinators to VP/SVP of Sales, working with Tier 1 VCs across Europe and US
Collaborating directly with the Co-Founder on delivery projects
Working with VCs/PEs investing in start-ups like SnowFlake, Sigma, Nvidia
Candidate-focused approach with strong qualification skills and process management
This role is with a strategic growth partner to Tier 1 VCs globally, supporting early-stage start-ups to IPO or acquisition through building GTM and technical teams. The firm is a leading GTM team builder for major Silicon Valley funds and emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Delivery within the start-up GTM space, with a proven track record of high-value placements globally. You should be well-educated, highly literate, and an excellent communicator.
The work is mostly retained, with salaries ranging from £200k to over £5m.
