Role Purpose
Exciting opportunities have become available for two full-time, Temporary Business
Support Advisors to join our busy Customer Services team in Hawick to 31/03/2028. Working in a fast-paced phone room, you’ll handle a wide variety of enquiries, gathering information to ensure requests are directed to the right department for resolution. Minimum of 3 Standard Grades at level 1, 2, 3 (or equivalent), including English.
