Real Estate Solicitor (1–4 PQE) – In-House Role | West Yorkshire (Hybrid, 2 days in office)
A growing, tech-enabled company is seeking to add a 1-4 PQE Property Counsel. This unique company provides key back-office services to telecoms giants and household brands
The Role
The Legal Counsel will manage their own portfolio of real estate matters, including:
• Lease renewals, Wayleave, licences, assignments, and landlord/tenant issues • Stakeholder engagement and process improvement initiatives • Supporting team development and contributing to knowledge-sharing
This is a hybrid role based in West Yorkshire (minimum two days per week in office), highly commutable from Leeds and the surrounding areas as well as over the Pennines.
Candidate Profile • Qualified solicitors with 1–4 years' PQE (CILEX also considered) • Commercial Property background
