About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Analyst to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role, leading innovative technology projects and driving digital transformation to improve services and enhance customer experiences.
As a Senior IT Analyst, you will:
* Lead and mentor a team of IT/Application Analysts.
* Design, develop, and implement business-critical IT systems.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver impactful digital solutions.
* Oversee system integration, performance monitoring, and risk management.
* Drive continuous improvement across applications and IT processes.
* Champion digital innovation and support the organisation's wider IT strategy.
What We're Looking For
* A degree (or equivalent professional experience) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Strong track record in application development, system integration, and IT project delivery.
* Advanced skills in SQL Server and related technologies.
* Knowledge of system integration methods, software development lifecycles, and emerging digital trends.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
* A customer-focused approach and passion for delivering effective digital solutions.
