Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery while maintaining strong relationships with clients, engineers, and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the gas service and maintenance programme, ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, and to contract standardsSupport the Contract Manager with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for maintenance activitiesMonitor engineer performance, productivity, and compliance with industry regulations and company proceduresConduct regular quality audits and inspections of completed worksInvestigate and resolve service issues, complaints, and non-compliance mattersAct as a point of contact for clients, addressing queries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfactionReview job reports, certification, and documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.Assist with managing subcontractors, ensuring quality and adherence to SLAsContribute to contract performance reporting, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiativesSupport health and safety management, including audits, toolbox talks, and incident investigationsDrive operational efficiency, cost control, and service excellence across the contractSkills & Experience Valid domestic and/or commercial gas qualifications.
